If you would like to meet with me or discuss anything in person, please call the office to schedule an appointment. While I am always happy to connect with residents, I am not always available for impromptu meetings or drop-in visits. Scheduling an appointment allows me to dedicate time specifically for you and ensures our conversation receives the attention it deserves. FROM THE OFFICE
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Monday – Friday
- RSC Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Monday – Thursday
- Use Option 4 to submit work orders and provide permission to enter your apartment if you are not home.
- If you call office directly or stop maintenance, you will be directed to call the office and selection option 4
- Work orders are completed based on priority and the order in which they are received.
- If maintenance staff are unable to enter because no one is home or entry is denied, your work order may be delayed and placed at the end of the work order queue.
- Trash: All trash, including food, should be in tied bags before placing in the dumpster. DO NOT toss food or scrapings without a bag.
- Annual Inspections will be scheduled for October. You will be notified late September of your date and time. Take this month to prepare!
- Remove clutter including blocking windows or exits
- Report any damage or repairs prior inspection date
- Create a plan to clean the apartment
- Contact the office if you would like housecleaning resources
MEDICARE INFORMATION
Medicare Education Day will be September 29th from 12 PM – 2PM in Academy Street Community Room. RSVP to Kirsten @Ext 2 or [email protected] by
- Learn more about Medicare/Medicaid coverage and benefits
- Understand upcoming Medicare/ Medicaid and state-related changes during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 through December 7th
- Ask questions in a friendly, educational setting
• Meet with a local broker and UnitedHealthcare representatives
- United Health will sponsor a lunch & learn session to share information and answer Medicare questions. RSVP to Ext. 2 or email me at [email protected]. RSVP DUE DATE by August 7th.

- Rental Rebate Program – Calendar House is accepting 2025 Income Documents until 9/25/26
- If you have provided 2025 1099s as part of Annual Certification, then the office has these documents, and you only need to provide 2025 Eversource payment history.

- Hartford Health Care Pop–Up Clinic– Every 4th Tuesday of the month at Bread for Life
- Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM / Full health screening by a Physician Assistant
- Order prescriptions / Testing / NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
- Calendar House:
Senior Center Lunch Programs – Call to pre-order, and meals are served at 12:00 PM – Menu available online at Calendar House

- Bread of Life:
Hot meals are prepared and served at Bread for Life from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm Monday-Friday and at 5:30 pm on Wednesday. Inside dining and to-go options available. Take-home Saturday lunches are distributed on Fridays.
