The Board has approved the removal and trimming of select trees at all properties as part of the solar installation project to maximize sunlight exposure and improve the overall efficiency and energy production of the new solar panels. A site survey was conducted with the solar installation team to evaluate project requirements and review the affected areas. In addition to supporting the solar project, the tree removal and trimming will help mitigate ongoing property maintenance issues, including sidewalk heaving, roof damage, and clogged gutters caused by overgrown tree roots and debris.
